Welcome to Granit des Champs, an authentic Creuse-style granite house, fully renovated in 2024–2025 to offer a perfect balance between rural charm and modern comfort. With its 140 m² of bright living spaces, heated outdoor pool, and grounds designed for relaxation, it's the ideal place to recharge with family or friends.
The house can accommodate up to 12 people (4 bedrooms + 1 mezzanine, 3 bathrooms).

Please note : capacity of 12 people including children and babies - no pets allowed

A house full of character, bathed in light

Upon entering, you will discover a large, welcoming living area comprising:
• a fully equipped, modern and functional kitchen ,
• a spacious dining room ,
• a lounge area with TV , warm and open.

The whole thing opens thanks to wide bay windows and at the rear of the house, hidden from view, a large sun-drenched terrace , perfect for summer meals or evenings under the stars.
The terrace is equipped with a large outdoor table under a pergola , ideal for sharing meals outdoors.

Comfortable sleeping areas to accommodate everyone

The cottage can comfortably accommodate several families thanks to its 4 bedrooms + mezzanine:

On the ground floor:
• a beautiful ground floor bedroom (double bed 140x190) with its private bathroom (walk-in shower), ideal for easy access and a peaceful stay.

Upstairs:
• a master suite (double bed 160x200) with its own private bathroom (shower),
• an additional bedroom with 2 single beds (90x200) and a mezzanine bed (90x200),
• a charming mezzanineEquipped with a double bed (180x200) + a pull-out bed consisting of three single beds, accommodating up to 3 people.
• a bathroom (shower) completes the floor.

Outdoor spaces designed for well-being

Enjoy a calm environment where everything invites relaxation:
• Heated outdoor pool , perfect from spring to autumn (scheduled to open from June 1st until September 30th - depending on the weather it may be opened/closed earlier or later), PLEASE NOTE : the pool is currently being fitted out and will be ready as soon as the weather conditions permit.
• pool house for shaded breaks,
• Large outdoor table under a pergola covered in greenery , ideal for cozy summer moments,
• barbecue and griddle .

All surrounded by greenery, in a peaceful setting typical of the Creuse region.
