Introduction

These regulations aim to ensure the safety, hygiene, and comfort of all users. Access to the pool implies full acceptance of these rules.

The pool measures 7m × 3m, with a depth of 1.20m to 1.50m. It is heated by a heat pump (25–27°C) and treated with salt.

1. Access and use

• The use of the swimming pool is the responsibility of the users , who must adopt a prudent behavior.
• The swimming pool is accessible at all times, provided that the neighbors are respected.
• The swimming pool is unsupervised.
• Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied and supervised at all times by a responsible adult.

2. Personal safety

• Swimming alone is prohibited . At least two people must be present in the pool area.
• Diving is prohibited (insufficient depth).
• Running or engaging in dangerous behavior around the pool is prohibited.
• Water games are permitted only if they do not compromise the safety or comfort of others.

3. Safety device

• In accordance with French legislation, the swimming pool is equipped with a safety roller shutter .
• The device must be activated outside of usage periods .
• It is forbidden to deactivate or neutralize this system except during swimming.

4. Hygiene and attire

Users agree to:

• Rinse off in the shower before swimming, especially after sports activity, sunscreen or returning from the beach/lake/pond.
• Remove their shoes before entering the pool area.
• Wear a swimsuit specifically designed for swimming.
• Ensure that children have gone to the toilet before bathing (babies should wear appropriate diapers).
• No eating, drinking (except still water) or smoking in the pool area.

5. Equipment and objects

• Large or sharp objects are prohibited.
• Lightweight accessories (buoys, small balls, mattresses) are allowed if they do not bother anyone.
• No objects should remain in the pool after use.
• The technical room and equipment (filtration, heating, products) are strictly off-limits.

6. Access restricted to occupants

The swimming pool is exclusively reserved for occupants listed in the rental. No outside guests are allowed.

7. Responsibility

Users are responsible for their own behavior and for supervising their children.
This clause does not release the owner from their legal obligations. in terms of safety, maintenance and compliance of facilities.

Each occupant must have valid civil liability insurance .

8. Respect for the premises

• Please do not use the bath towels from the rooms for the pool (dedicated towels are provided).
• Any serious or repeated breach of the rules may result in the withdrawal of access to the swimming pool without compensation.

In case of an accident

A first aid kit is available in the pool house.
